911 Service Restored for Brightspeed Landline Users in Clayton

For Immediate Release:

Smithfield, N.C. - Earlier today, Brightspeed experienced a landline service disruption that affected approximately 2,978 residents in the Clayton area. This outage may have impacted the ability of Brightspeed customers to reach 911. Service has now been restored. This was not a Johnston County 911 equipment issue.
