Free Smoking Cessation Class

If you are interested in kicking that habit, please attend the American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking Cessation classes. You will be provided with essential information and strategies needed to direct you in an effort to stop smoking.

Smoking Cessation classes are offered throughout the year. Each class has eight sessions. YOU SHOULD PLAN TO ATTEND ALL EIGHT SESSIONS!

All sessions meet at the Johnston County Public Health Department located at 517 N. Brightleaf Blvd. Smithfield, NC 27577.

8 Total Sessions: 2023- Oct 9, 16, 23, 30;  Nov 1, 6, 13, 20
COST: FREE
Time: 2pm - 3:30pm
