Services Provided or Description:  

Mental health and substance abuse services. Basic benefit and enhanced benefit services are both available.

Basic benefit services include:

  • outpatient therapy (office-based and in-home)
  • comprehensive clinical assessments
  • psychiatric services.

Enhanced benefit services include targeted case management and intensive in-home.

Hours:  Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend appointments available upon request.

Ages Served:  All

Eligibility:  We accept self-pay, Integrated Payment and Reporting System (IPRS) funds, Medicaid and NC Healthchoice. Anyone receiving services must have a mental health diagnosis.

Referral Process:  Call or fax or submit via the website.

Billing Arrangements:  We bill Medicaid, NC Healthchoice, and Johnston County directly. If a person is self-pay, payment is due upon date of service.

Bilingual?  Intake and program information is available in Spanish. Several staff members are bilingual.
