Services Provided:

• Free Screening  Mammograms
• Free Diagnostic Mammograms
• Free Breast Ultrasounds
• Free Cranial Prosthesis
• Assistance with  medications related to cancer treatment
• Assistance with nutritional supplement shakes while on active chemotherapy  and/or radiation treatments.

Who is Eligible?

• Women age 40 to 64 who are under-insured or uninsured.
• Women under age 40 with an abnormal clinical breast exam.
• Women diagnosed with breast cancer.
• Women receiving Chemotherapy.

Ask your Medical Doctor to refer you to the Johnston County Public Health Department  for a free mammogram.
