Johnston County Department of Utilities proposes to complete electrical and instrumentation improvements to selected components of its existing water treatment, water transmission, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment facilities in order to accomplish reduction in electrical energy consumption. 

Written proposals from interested engineering firms will be received by the Johnston County Department of Utilities, P.O. Box 2263, Smithfield, NC 27577, Attn:  Timothy G. Broome, P.E., Director of Utilities, until 5:00 p.m. on March 5, 2010.
