The Johnston County Heritage Commission normally meets every other month on the third Monday (except in January) - at 1:00 p.m. at the Heritage Center. Here's the schedule for 2009: January 12, March 16, May 18, July 20, September 21, and November 16.

The Heritage Commission's role is to oversee activities of the Heritage Center and its staff. All members of the Heritage Commission are appointed by the Johnston County Board of Commissioners.
