Awards Betty Whitley

Betty Whitley, Administrative Supervisor of the Johnston Soil and Water Conservation District, who was recognized for achieving the Master III Level Certification by the North Carolina Conservation District Employees Association.   Betty has accumulated over 1500 hours of training, meetings and administrative support for the Johnston Soil and Water Conservation District office through the Professional Development Employee Program.  The Master III Level is the highest certification awarded by the NC District Employees Association.  Betty was recognized at the NC Association of Soil and Water Conservation District’s Annual Meeting in Greensboro.
