Marcy is from northern Wayne County, and has lived there her entire adult life. She loves her small quiet town of Pikeville. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 37 years. They have two beautiful children, and four wonderful grandchildren. Marcy comes to Johnston County HAPP with 20 years of affordable housing experience under her belt. She enjoys working with people and assisting them with their affordable housing needs.
