Lost Dog

"Do not know"

Description:

I witnessed a middle age white lady with dark brown hair and a boy and girl with her pick up the dog in the Carolina Pottery outlet parking lot. They first thought he was my dog and I said no it was not my dog and the woman said they would drive around parking lot and try to find the owner of the dog. They seemed trustworthy but then i saw the owner crying and talking with the security guards saying they could not find her dog. The security guards drove around and did not see the people who took the little dog. The owner of the dog said she was from out of town and the dog got out of the car when they opened the door.
