About the Cape Fear Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan
The counties of Chatham, Harnett, Johnston, Lee and Moore, in coordination with their participating municipal jurisdictions, are updating a regional hazard mitigation plan that covers the five-county Cape Fear area.
