Johnston County Emergency Services (JCES) is comprised of three distinct divisions: Emergency Management (EM), Fire Marshal (FM), and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

By working with our Partners in Protection on the local, state, and federal levels, Johnston County Emergency Services provides the leadership and support necessary to minimize the impact of disasters and other emergencies.
