-NEVER leave cooking food unattended.

-KEEP children away from the stove and hot/cooking foods.

-MAKE SURE food is FULLY COOKED before eating.

-Turkey's internal temp. should be 165 degrees F.

-Leftovers that are not used after 3 or 4 DAYS should be thrown away.

-DO NOT douse a grease fire with water. Instead, COVER the flaming pan and TURN OFF the burner.

-DRINK RESPONSIBLY! Practice good judgment, and if you plan on driving at all, it is best NOT to consume alcohol.

-The number of HEART ATTACKS spikes during the holiday season. If you have a medical emergency of any kind. CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
