1. If you have allergic reactions, MAKE SURE you have an epipen and medication. THROW AWAY expired medications.

2. As the weather heats up, DRINK plenty of water and APPLY sunscreen. Take frequent breaks in an air conditioned space.

3. If someone has a stroke, act FAST: Face drooping? Arm weakness? Speech difficulty? If so, Time to call
9-1-1.

4. When STOPPING A BLEED: Apply pressure to slow bleeding, use a medical dressing if necessary. If injury is severe, apply a tourniquet.
