SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
JOHNSTON COUNTY FINANCE CORPORATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a special meeting of the Johnston County Finance Corporation (whose membership consists of the Johnston County Board of Commissioners) on Monday, April 6, 2026 immediately following the adjournment of the regular 10:00 a.m. Johnston County Board of Commissioners meeting in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Johnston County Courthouse, 207 E. Johnston Street, Smithfield, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a resolution approving the plan to finance the Clayton High School Project in a principal amount up to $134,500,000 and authorizing the execution and delivery of any and all related documents in connection therewith.

The Communication Subcommittee of the Johnston County Fire Protection Service District Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the training room at the Johnston County Public Safety Center located at 2875 US Highway 70 Bus. E, Smithfield, NC. The purpose of the meeting is to follow up on updates and actions from the last meeting.
