From Clayton and I-70 East: Follow Route 70 East, when it splits into 70-Bypass and 70-Business, follow 70-Business into Smithfield. Turn right on Second Street beside the courthouse. Turn right on Johnston Street, the HAPP building is on the corner of Johnston and Front Street.
From I-95: Take Exit 95 for downtown Smithfield. Head West through Smithfield. Turn left beside the courthouse onto Second Street. Turn right on Johnston Street, the HAPP building is on the corner of Johnston and Front Street.
Wheelchair Users
Park in the last space on the right when you turn into the parking lot. This is the closest parking space to the building.
The main entrance, which is adjacent to the parking lot, can be entered via stairs or the ramp.
