From Clayton and I-70 East: Follow Route 70 East, when it splits into 70-Bypass and 70-Business, follow 70-Business into Smithfield. The center is on the left side past the courthouse.
From I-95: Take Exit 95 for downtown Smithfield. Head West through Smithfield. The center will be on the right next to the public library, before the courthouse.

The Land Use Center is also home to Johnston County's Retired Flag Drop-Off Box.
Wheelchair Users
The Land Use Center is an accessible facility. Visitors are encouraged to use the Public Parking area located between Third and Fourth Streets. There is designated parking available directly in front of the accessible entrance.
