“In response to the Governor’s extension of the executive stay at home order, and the phased plan to return to more normal activities, the May 19, 2020 Planning Board meeting is cancelled. Future dates for Planning Board meetings will be announced as they are determined. Matters to be considered by the Planning Board will be heard on a “first come, first served basis”. Our utmost concern is for the safety of our citizenry, Board membership, and staff. We appreciate your understanding and remind you to be safe during this time of uncertainty. Planning staff are still working for you during normal operating hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. The Land Use Center offices continue to be restricted access, however, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at (919) 989-5150.”
