How to Make an Appointment
- Services from the Johnston County Health Department are available by appointment. Please call us at (919) 989-5200 in advance for an appointment.
- Always bring proof of family income when receiving services from the Johnston County Health Department. Some services are free, but most services charge a fee that is set on a household income based sliding fee scale. If proof of income is not provided, services will be charged at the full (100%) rate.
- Medicaid and Medicare are accepted for many of our services.
