Your 7th Grade or 12th Grade student may be due for one or more vaccines.
North Carolina Immunization law requires the following vaccines:
7th Grade- Tdap and Meningitis Vaccines
12th Grade- Meningitis Booster Vaccine

Attention: Parents of Rising 7th Graders and High School Seniors
Effective 2020, North Carolina law now requires a Tdap booster vaccine and meningococcal ACWY vaccine for entry into the 7th grade. The law also requires a meningococcal booster vaccine for high school seniors.
