The 4 P's of Winter Preparedness
1. People
Check in on Family & Neighbors. Especially those who are vulnerable or older.
Dress for the weather. Stay warm and wear layers.
2. Pets
Don't forget your pets and animals. Keep them warm and bring them inside if possible.
3. Plants
If you have outdoor plants that are vulnerable to colder weather, move them or bring them inside where it is warm.
4. Pipes
When temperatures drop low, pipes can freeze and burst. Disconnect your garden hose, insulate outdoor pipes, and leave a faucet dripping to avoid this.
