All Forms and Applications can be returned to our office in the following ways:
- Mailed using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other mail carrier service
- Submitted electronically to envhealth@johnstonnc.gov
- Brought into our office
Fees can be submitted in the following ways:
- By check, mailed or brought into our office alongside application. Check must include the project name as well as the applicant's name and phone number.
- Over the phone with card at (919) 989-5180. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
