You can pay your bill quickly and easily any time using online or Pay-by-Phone

The payment processing fee (shown in the Fees column at right) will be added to your payment of any amount up to the maximum allowed. 

You will need to enter multiple payments if you wish to pay more than the maximum single transaction amount.

Notes: 

  • Customer Service will accept credit card payments over the maximum amount without a transaction fee.
  • Your phone payment is immediately posted to your utility account.
  • A nonpayment penalty may be added to your account anytime after your past due date.
  • A utility account showing a credit balance or a zero balance will not allow payments to be made (prevents overpayments).
  • Refund policy:  On-line and Phone payments cannot be refunded or reversed.

There is a drop-box available outside the Land Use Center.  Payments can be placed inside the drop box at any time.  Please include your bill stub along with your payment.
