Communications

The Sheriff’s Office Communications Division consists of 12 employees, including a supervisor. These employees work alongside the 911 telecommunicators in the Johnston County 911 Center.

These dispatchers are employees of the Sheriff, and answer citizens’ calls for service and dispatch vital information that deputies rely on, including locations of calls. They also relay information requested by the deputies that are patrolling our county.
