1. If you see an emergency vehicle with lights on, MOVE OVER AND SLOW DOWN. It's the law.
2. When giving CPR: CALL 9-1-1, then give CHEST COMPRESSIONS at 100 BPM until help arrives.
3. CARE FOR YOUR HEART.. Exercise 30 min daily, eat healthy, avoid smoking, get plenty of rest.
4. Look after yourself. CONSIDER making an annual check up appointment with your doctor.
