Design Review Fees
Effective July 1, 2024
| Water & Sewer Plan Review Fees | $100/residential lot/utility and/or $150/commercial acre/utility |
| Community Well and Sewer Systems Not Immediately Connect to County System | $100/utility for each 25 lots in a subdivision (with no proration) and/or $60/utility/acre of commercial development |
| Residential Stormwater | $1,500 for up to 10 acres of total site plus $170 per acre for each additional acre |
| Commercial Stormwater | $1,500 for up to 5 acres of total site plus $200 per acre for each additional acre |
| Erosion & Sediment Control |
$450 per disturbed acre (rounded up to the next one) for each of the first 10 acres Residential lot plans are $100 per lot. |
| Buffer Determination |
$500 (1-2 calls on the site) $125 for each additional call |
